Acceptance
By creating an account or using Bunnies Dreamworld (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Registration asks for your date of birth and refuses accounts below that age. By registering you confirm the information you provide is accurate.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your content
Your notes and uploads remain yours. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the Service: storing your content, processing it — including sending the relevant parts to third-party AI model providers — to produce the features you use, and displaying the results back to you. We claim no other rights to your content.
AI-generated content
Dream stories, companion replies, and extracted study material are generated by AI. They are creative and supportive by design and can be wrong. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. If you are dealing with a crisis or a serious health, safety, or legal situation, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to break the law or to harm others.
- Do not probe, overload, or disrupt the Service or bypass its rate limits.
- Do not attempt to access other users’ data.
- Do not resell or scrape the Service.
Service availability
The Service is in active development and is provided “as is” and “as available”. Features may change, pause, or be removed. We do our best to protect your data, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Deletion behavior is described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (currently zero — the Service is free) or fifty US dollars.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these Terms
If these Terms change materially, we will show the new version in the app before it takes effect and record which version you accepted.
