Bunnies Dreamworld
Privacy Policy
Who we are
Bunnies Dreamworld is a personal memory companion: you write notes, review what you learn as a star map, and revisit life moments as clouds and dream stories. This policy explains, plainly, what data the service handles and why. If anything here is unclear, email us — the address is at the bottom.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address, your password (stored only as a salted hash — we cannot read it), your date of birth (used once to verify you are 18 or older), and a coarse region setting.
- Content you create: the notes you write, tags you add, and any voice or photo attachments you upload.
- Generated and derived content: knowledge points and life fragments extracted from your notes, dream stories and companion replies generated for you, review history, and derived signals the app uses to understand your learning rhythm.
- Operational data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, rate-limit and background-job records, and timestamps. We keep metadata-only audit records about AI calls (model name, token counts, status) that never contain your note text.
- Error reports: if the app crashes in your browser, it may send us the error message, a stack trace, and the page URL so we can fix it.
We do not run advertising, do not use third-party analytics cookies, and do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
How we use your data
Only to run the product for you: keeping your account secure, extracting reviewable material from your notes, scheduling reviews, generating dream stories and companion replies, showing your own statistics back to you, and fixing bugs.
AI processing
Core features are powered by third-party AI model providers (accessed through OpenAI-compatible APIs). When you use those features, the relevant content — for example the note being processed, or the material selected for a dream story — is sent to the provider to produce the result, and only what the feature needs is sent. We do not use your content to train models of our own. Providers process this data under their own terms; we configure the integrations to avoid retention where the provider supports it.
Where your data lives
The application is hosted on Vercel and your data is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database. Uploaded media files are stored in object storage under keys that are never exposed as public URLs.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account is active. Deleting your account removes your account row and everything owned by it — notes, extracted knowledge, life fragments, memory states, dream stories, conversations, and uploads. Metadata-only operational records (such as AI audit rows and cost-control ledgers) are retained without any link to you. Until a self-serve deletion button ships, email us from your account address and we will delete the account for you.
Age requirement
Bunnies Dreamworld is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, and we check the date of birth you provide at registration.
Your choices
- You can decline to upload media; text notes work without it.
- You can request a copy of your data by email while a self-serve export is built.
- You can delete your account at any time as described above.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will show the new version in the app before it takes effect and record which version you accepted.
